Assessment system

Measure, plan, adapt

Every step of the programme rests on data. Here is what we do — and why.

I
Approach

Hormesis: the stress that strengthens

Hormesis is the body's adaptive response to controlled, measured challenge. Cold exposure, anaerobic loading, thermal variation and circadian work are planned on this principle — under specialist supervision and according to each person's capacity.

The aim is not to exhaust the body but to support its adaptation mechanisms gradually. That is why loading and recovery days alternate.

II
01

Clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology (cPNI)

An approach that treats mind, nervous system, hormones and immunity as one interconnected whole. It sets the planning framework for the programme.

02

Osteopathy

A manual discipline assessing the body's mechanical balance, aiming to support movement capacity and circulation.

03

Biological Medicine

A holistic, individual planning philosophy grounded in measurements taken at cellular level.

04

Nutritional protocol

A culinary approach built on anti-inflammatory principles, with calories and portions planned per person.

III
Assessment system

Your biological map

The six opening assessments are brought together into a single personal picture. Programme intensity, nutrition planning and therapy choices all follow from it. On the sixth day the same measurements are repeated and the change is reviewed together.

01

Biothermology

Thermal mapping to assess areas of stress and restriction in the body.

02

OligoCheck Photospectral Analysis

Cellular mineral balance and heavy-metal accumulation, measured in seconds.

03

Dark-Field Microscopy

Live blood cells examined under the microscope.

04

Detailed Biochemical Tests

A metabolic picture drawn from laboratory parameters.

05

Daily Glucose & Urine Monitoring

Daily follow-up so applications can be tuned to the individual.

06

Osteopathic Assessment

Mechanical balance and range of movement, evaluated by a specialist.

The programme is not a diagnostic or treatment service. Measurements are used for individual planning.
