cPNI
Clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology. Places the relationship between mind, nervous system and immunity at the centre.

Reserve
On the Mediterranean coast, in the singular atmosphere of Kilikya Palace: a holistic health experience under medical supervision, where nature, science and advanced technology meet.
Modern life — chronic stress, poor nutrition, inactivity and disrupted sleep — accelerates biological ageing.
For seven days, we run that cycle in reverse.
Biohacking, done scientifically.
The first plunge into cold water, the walk at dawn, the measurement table and the numbers that arrive on the final day — all of it in one short film. Give it two minutes; the body tells the rest.
Longevity is not about adding years; it is about how many of those years you spend in good health. The programme targets not your chronological age but the biological performance of your body today.
Seven days, designed to measure that performance and raise it again.
The camp is built where three disciplines meet. Through controlled stress exposure (hormesis), scientific analyses and individual planning, the aim is to reactivate the body's natural adaptation mechanisms.

Assesses the body's mechanical balance; manual work supports mobility and circulation.
Builds a holistic, individual plan starting from measurements taken at cellular level.

Biohacking means running the body on data rather than guesswork. Cold, heat, oxygen, fasting and sleep — five powerful levers. Applied at the right dose and in the right order, the cell does not resist them; it adapts.
Here is the difference: nothing is done by trial and error. Every intervention is planned under medical supervision, according to your own measurements, and adjusted day by day.

Controlled cold is one of the fastest levers for engaging brown adipose tissue and the immune response.

Heat training and controlled carbon-dioxide work target oxygen utilisation and the heat-shock response.

Narrowing the eating window supports metabolic flexibility and cellular housekeeping.

Throughout the programme a physician, osteopath, physiotherapist, dietitian and nurses are with you. Each application is preceded by a check, observed as it happens and reviewed afterwards. Controlled stress only works when it is genuinely controlled.
Holds medical responsibility for the programme; assesses eligibility and daily progress.
Follows biological-medicine and PNI applications, and plans personalised manual-therapy protocols.
Plans movement, loading and recovery around your capacity; directs the daily training and mobility protocol.
Plans personalised nutrition recommendations from your opening assessments and directs the menu, calorie and portion protocol.
Runs the daily measurements and monitoring; performs pre- and post-application checks.
Your goals are defined by the opening assessments and reviewed together at the close of the programme.

Before the programme starts, a comprehensive assessment is carried out by the specialist team. Every application is planned individually according to the resulting biological map; the same measurements are repeated at the end and the change is reviewed together.
Thermal mapping to assess areas of stress and restriction in the body.
Cellular mineral balance and heavy-metal accumulation, measured in seconds.
Live blood cells examined under the microscope.
A metabolic picture drawn from laboratory parameters.
Daily follow-up so applications can be tuned to the individual.
Mechanical balance and range of movement, evaluated by a specialist.
The programme is not a diagnostic or treatment service. Measurements are used for individual planning.
ICAROS is a balance and core platform combined with a virtual-reality headset. You lie on the device and fly — or dive — through a virtual world by shifting your weight. Changing direction requires your trunk, which means the exercise is the game itself.
Used in orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, the system targets the deep trunk muscles, coordination and the sense of balance. A ten-minute session creates a level of focus and willingness rarely seen in conventional core work.

The Cellavia unit at Kilikya Palace is not a hotel spa; it is a centre equipped with measurement and application devices. Each device below enters the programme on a specific day, for a specific purpose.

Whole-body cold application. Brief, controlled cold exposure targets the immune response and recovery processes.

Virtual-reality assisted core and balance training. You fly by shifting your own weight, working the deep trunk muscles, coordination and balance. Ten-minute sessions produce a level of engagement rarely reached in conventional exercise.

Red light and infrared application, used to support the heat-shock response and circulation.

Measurement of respiration and oxygen use under effort. Your training intensity is set from this data.

Live blood cells are projected onto the screen; you review your own cells together with the physician.

Photospectral mineral analysis and free-radical measurement. These two devices form the numerical backbone of the biological map.
Cold, hot–anaerobic and vegetative days follow one another in a deliberate order. Loading and recovery alternate, so that adaptive capacity is supported gradually.

A gourmet anti-inflammatory menu is prepared specifically for the programme in the Kilikya Palace kitchen. Under dietitian guidance you receive personalised nutrition recommendations; each meal is planned around your opening assessments.
A five-star beachfront property on the Mediterranean. A clinical protocol runs here without giving up the comfort of a holiday — and the Lycian Way becomes its natural extension.
